把握好染色液的浓度:铝板的浓度与染色之间有着联系,如果铝板染淡色,其中浓度可以低一点,染深色其浓度可以高一点。通常所生产的铝板材料所染比较淡的颜色其色彩为0。1-0。39g/L,染淡色彩为1g/L,染深色彩为3-5g/L,染稠密的色彩为10-15g/L,如果染色的浓度比较高就会造成颜色不均或出现浮色现象,在清洁与关闭的过程中容易出现“流色”。为了加强染色的吸附性,会使用低浓度颜色进行延伸染色,这样可以使染料分子比较均匀的渗透到氧化膜孔隙的深处,这样可以使所染的颜色更加和谐与牢固。

控制好染色液温度:铝板的染色分为冷染与热染。使用冷染,在生产的过程中使用的时间比较长,所染色彩均匀性比较好掌握。热染使用的时间比较短,但是对颜色的操控比较难。热染的温度在通常在40-60℃。如果温度过高,会减小染色的吸附性,并且容易导致铝板的表面发花。
